Delete your account
You can delete your VirelVPN account at any time — here, or from the app under Profile → About. Deletion removes your account, your VPN credentials, your signed-in devices and your support history. It cannot be undone once it runs.

We need to know which account to delete, so this step needs your email and password. Deleting also asks for a code we email you — that way a lost or borrowed device cannot end your account.

What is deleted
Your account and email address, your VPN credentials on our servers, every signed-in device, your data-transfer counters, and your support conversations including any diagnostics attached to them.
Records of completed purchases may be kept where accounting law requires it. See the Privacy Policy.
